The Conscious Fathering Instructor Team consists of fathers who have the mission to educate and share experiences with new/expecting fathers. Fathers interested in becoming a volunteer instructor will attend an eight-hour training on the Conscious Fathering Program Model. After completion of the training, an applicant will shadow a senior instructor for one or more classes. When the team feels comfortable the new instructor will be assigned a class. Classes last approximately 2-3 hours with a class size of ten new fathers. An instructor will host one class per month. Our team is looking for bilingual instructors to better serve our community. Training and class materials will be provided to the instructor by the program.
