I see you. I hear you.
How are you? I see you. I hear you. This year World Mental Health comes at a time in which our lives have changed as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Our self-awareness and sensitivity towards this global event have changed things for the better. While we’ve learned a lot, there’s still so much more we can do to evolve as a society.
Self-care is even more crucial than ever, The point of self-care is to understand your specific needs. Be kind to your mind. Listen to your body. Know that it’s okay to not be okay.
Connect with others. Check-in on each other. For a little dose of laughter or just to catch up. Difficult conversations don’t need to be scary.
