Celina Waller currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for the Aprendamos Family of Services organization. Specializing in management in healthcare and human services, Celina uses her expertise to support the delivery of services for all of the programs offered by Aprendamos Family of Services. Originally from Tularosa, NM, she holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from New Mexico State University where she studied Criminal Justice and Business Administration.

Celina currently serves on the New Mexico Interagency Coordinated Council which advises and assists the administration of the statewide system of early intervention through the New Mexico Family Infant Toddler program. In her free time, she can be found creating memories with her family, listening to podcasts, reading, journaling, and taking walks in nature.
