Trisha BraeckleinDirector for Autism Services

Trisha Braecklein, BCBA, serves as the Mariposa Autism Services Center (MASC) Director for Autism Services. Specializing in the Acceptance and Commitment Treatment (ACT) model to increase and reinforce caregiver engagement, she utilizes this model with staff development and support. 

As the MASC Director of Autism Services, Trisha provides visionary leadership to a multidisciplinary team to include RBTs, BCBAs and administrative staff. She also monitors clinical quality, develops and modifies department policies, oversees BCBA apprenticeship contracts and supervision hours, leads outreach and community engagement activities, and acts as a liaison with government agencies, advocating for policies and resources that support individuals with autism and their families. Trisha also fosters collaborations with community organizations, educational institutions, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to enhance service delivery and promote awareness.

Originally from New Hampshire, Trisha holds a BA in Psychology from the University of New England and an MA in Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. Prior to joining the Aprendamos team, Trisha served as a Clinical Supervisor at Behavior Change Institute. She also served as a case worker for the State of Nevada Wrap Around Services. Trisha was also previously employed by Aprendamos as a Lead Clinical Supervisor.

In her free time, Trisha can be found traveling with her husband, Michel and son, William. She also describes herself as “a big foodie” and enjoys trying new cuisines during her travels. When at home, she enjoys crafting, reading, puzzles and game nights with friends, and visiting new towns in New Mexico.
