Please join us in congratulating Crystal Gosseck-Salazar on her new role as Co-Director of Aprendamos Early Intervention!
Crystal steps into this leadership position after spending the past year serving as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). During that time, one of the most meaningful parts of her work has been witnessing the milestones achieved by children and families through Early Intervention.
Those experiences have shaped the kind of leader she hopes to be as she begins this next chapter.
Championing the Early Intervention Team
In her new role, Crystal is especially excited to support the providers who make Early Intervention services possible.
“In this new leadership position, I am most excited to champion our dedicated providers, fostering an environment where every team member feels empowered,” Crystal shared.
For Crystal, strong leadership means creating a team environment where people feel supported in their work and confident in the role they play in serving families.
Leading with Compassion in Action
Crystal also wants her coworkers and the community to know that her door is always open.
A value she hopes to carry throughout her leadership is Compassion in Action, approaching both people and challenges with care, accessibility, and a willingness to work together.
“I am a strong believer in Compassion in Action, a value I hope my team will follow as we lead together in providing exceptional, high-quality services to the families we serve,” she shared.
As Co-Director, Crystal looks forward to supporting the Early Intervention team while continuing to keep children and families at the center of the work.
Please join us in congratulating Crystal on her new role and this exciting new chapter with Aprendamos Early Intervention!
