Congratulations, Gaby!

Please join us in congratulating Gabrielle “Gaby” Rodriguez on her promotion to Assistant Director for Mariposa Autism Service Center! Gaby has been with Aprendamos Family of Services for more than eight years. Through her previous roles as Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and Clinical Supervisor for our Mariposa Autism Service Center and Early Intervention Programs, she has gained valuable expertise and insight that will provide a solid foundation for her new position.

With 13 years of experience in the Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) field, Gaby has had the opportunity to grow professionally and develop her leadership skills. “I’ve been a BCBA for 8 years and before that, I served as an RBT for 5 years, so I am really excited to step into a leadership position,” she shared. As a resident of a smaller community, Gaby is also looking forward to growing MASC’s services in more rural areas of Southern New Mexico to better serve our clients. “I come from a small town myself and know the importance of services in these areas. I hope to build connections with various community leaders to accomplish this goal,” she said.

During her time with Aprendamos Family of Services, Gaby has been a dedicated member of the team, taking a collaborative approach to her work. MASC Director, Trisha Braeklein, said, “It has been incredible to witness Gaby’s professional growth. Her extensive knowledge of our programs and dedication to helping our clients and families will truly be a benefit to the entire MASC team. Being home grown, Gaby’s heart consistently aligns with what is best for Southern New Mexico communities, which sets her apart as a clinician. ”

Gaby is also looking forward to overseeing the MASC BCBA team and learning how they can help her continue to develop professionally. “I hope to be able to provide them with all the knowledge that I’ve gained along the way. I’m also excited to learn from each of them and expand my own clinical skills,” she said.
