Jared’s Journey: From RBT to BCBA
Congratulations to Jared on his promotion to Board Certified Behavior Analyst!
Jared began his career nearly six years ago at Aprendamos as a Registered Behavior Technician, fresh out of NMSU and still discovering his path. What he found was more than a job — he found a passion, a purpose, and a supportive community that helped him grow both personally and professionally.
Now, as a BCBA, Jared is ready to make a meaningful difference through leadership and mentorship. He’s excited to step into a role that not only allows him to build a future for himself and his family, but also to inspire others and shape the future of behavior analysis.
Jared brings strong clinical knowledge in Acceptance and Commitment Training and AAC, but it’s his openness to learning and valuing others’ perspectives that make him a true asset to the field.
He credits his success to the guidance of incredible mentors and a team that always showed up when it mattered most. With gratitude, passion, and the mindset that “comfortability is the enemy of progress,” Jared is boldly stepping into this new chapter — ready to lead, grow, and make lasting impact.
