Please join us in congratulating Marianna Eanone on her promotion to Data and Intake Manager for Cariño Family Health! Marianna holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from American University and a Master’s in Health Care Administration from Grand Canyon University. She is also endorsed in Infant Mental Health as a Reflective Supervisor.
Marianna has been with Cariño for three years, previously serving as the Home Visiting Supervisor. In her new expanded role, she will help to ensure that information collected and utilized by the team is accurate, organized, and useful. Marianna shared, “My roles and responsibilities will stay similar to what they were, and the title change was to accommodate the growth associated with my position.”
When we asked Marianna what she was looking forward to most in her new role, she shared, “I’m most excited to continue digging into the data and find places where we can better support our staff and the families that we serve. My top priorities are improving data accuracy and reporting for Parents as Teachers requirements.” She also spoke of how she hopes her updated responsibilities will positively impact the Cariño team. “Ultimately, my goal is to ensure the systems that we’re using help support staff members, while maintaining model fidelity and one day reaching Blue Ribbon status for Parents as Teachers, while providing the highest quality services.”
She also shared with us how her promotion has impacted her professional journey. “This promotion means a lot to me. I love showing up to work each day, and this has recognized the growth and impact of the work I’ve done. It’s given me an opportunity to take on more responsibility while also being able to continue supporting staff and our families.” Cristin Weldon, Director of Cariño Family Health, shared, “Mariana’s promotion to Data & Intake Manager is a true reflection of the leader she already is. Her commitment to our department, our home visitors, and the families we serve is unwavering.” Cristin also spoke about how Marianna’s values bring additional benefits to her role. “She leads with grit and perseverance, balanced by one of the kindest hearts I’ve encountered. Marianna understands that data and intake are not just administrative functions, they are the foundation of program integrity and family access. Her attention to detail, accountability, and dedication to excellence ensure that the front door of our program is strong, organized, and mission-aligned. We are incredibly proud that she chose to step into this critical leadership role with us.”
Marianna also spoke to the support she has received, both personally and professionally, that has helped her get to this point. “I’m really grateful for the support I have here from this amazing team at Aprendamos, the director and program manager, the supervisors, and the Home Visitors who do this work every day! I’ve learned so much from all of them and their commitment to families. I obviously could not do what I do without the love and support I get at home from my children and husband, who have been my ultimate cheerleaders since going back to work.” Marianna also shared how one of her favorite inspirational sayings has helped to guide her continued learning and professional development. “My favorite words of wisdom, especially through Reflective Supervision, are ‘stay curious’.”
Congratulations on your new role, Marianna! Thank you for your commitment to making a meaningful difference for the children and families we serve.
