Supporting Southern New Mexico children, individuals, and families for over 20 years

Congratulations, Raven!

Please join us in congratulating Raven Mendoza on her recent promotion to Board Certified Behavior Analyst for Mariposa Autism Services (MASC) and Aprendamos Early Intervention!

Raven previously served as a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) for MASC. In her new role, she will continue to work as a BCBA while expanding her capacity to serve the Early Intervention program. “This role expands my responsibilities beyond direct case supervision to include collaboration across teams and families from a behavioral lens early on,” Raven shared.

When we asked Raven what she was looking forward to most, she said, “I’m most excited about the opportunity to support children and families earlier in their journey, when intervention can have the greatest long-term impact.” Through her work, she will strive to ensure that families feel supported, empowered and understood.

For Raven, serving as a Clinical Supervisor is meaningful in her professional journey. “This promotion represents growth, trust, and alignment with my passion. It allows me to broaden my impact while continuing the work I love as a BCBA. It feels like a natural and meaningful next step in my professional journey,” she said.

Trisha Braecklein, Director of Autism Services for MASC, shared, “I remember the excitement when Raven passed her exam to become a BCBA. It was inspirational for our team, and since then, we have continued to watch her grow and develop her skillsets. We look forward to the perspective she will bring to this role and the impact she will make for the children and families we serve.”

Raven also credits the clients and team who have been a part of her journey to get to this point. “I’m grateful to the leaders, colleagues, and families who have supported and trusted me along the way,” she said.

Congratulations Raven! Thank you for your commitment to building brighter futures for the families we serve.
