With Gratitude: Celebrating Elke Wunderlich’s Years of Service

Dear Strategic Partners, Community Members, and Friends,

We hope the new year is off to a strong and successful start for you and your teams.

As we begin to look forward and plan for 2026, we wanted to take a moment to announce an update on behalf of the Aprendamos Family of Services team. Our Chief Strategy Officer, Elke Wunderlich, will be semi-retiring this year. Elke first joined our team in 2017 as a consultant, but we found her skill set so valuable that we brought her on as an official member of our Senior Management Team. Elke has helped to thoughtfully and strategically guide Aprendamos as we grew our programs and ensured we were intentional with our efforts. When we had big picture ideas, it was Elke who helped to ground us and think through everything needed to successfully get us to the finish line. Her expertise has been invaluable to us during her tenure with Aprendamos.

Fortunately, Elke will remain with Aprendamos as a consultant to our C-suite and continue to be a resource as we expand to create new, innovative programs and services that can benefit children, families, and our community. Of course, we also look forward to seeing her enjoy retirement and fully take advantage of the freedom and flexibility that comes with this next chapter in her life. Please join us in congratulating Elke on this monumental achievement and thanking her for her years of dedicated service!

We look forward to continuing our work together and building on the progress we’ve made through our partnership.

With gratitude,

Abel Covarrubias
