Welcome, Freddy Bolanos!

Please join us in welcoming Freddy Bolanos, Payer Operations and Revenue Integrity Manager, to Aprendamos Family of Services!

Freddy brings nearly 18 years of experience across health care and behavioral health, including approximately 11 years in Medicaid managed care. Most recently, he worked in external provider relations in New Mexico.

Throughout his career, Freddy has gained experience in health care operations, provider partnerships, process improvement, compliance, reimbursement, audits, and provider education. This broad background has given him a firsthand understanding of how strong operational systems can support the people delivering care and the families receiving services.

Turning Challenges Into Practical Solutions

Freddy’s interest in this work has been shaped by seeing how operational challenges can affect employees, providers, families, and access to care.

“I enjoy bringing people together, working through complex issues, and developing practical solutions that allow teams to focus on the individuals and families they serve,” Freddy shared.

That approach will be an important part of his work at Aprendamos. In his new role, Freddy is looking forward to building relationships across the organization, learning from team members, and identifying opportunities to strengthen the processes that support Aprendamos’ continued growth and mission.

A Collaborative Approach to Leadership

As he begins this new chapter, Freddy hopes to bring a collaborative leadership style, thoughtful problem-solving, and a strong sense of accountability to the team.

“My goal is to create clarity, support the people around me, and help turn challenges into sustainable improvements,” he shared.

For Freddy, that means listening, understanding how different parts of the organization work together, and finding solutions that can make processes stronger over the long term.

A Commitment to New Mexico Families

Family and community are especially important to Freddy. As a husband and father of three daughters, he values work that can help create better opportunities for families across New Mexico.

He describes himself as approachable and always willing to help, and he is excited to become part of the Aprendamos team and family.
