Krista is a BCBA with over 20 years of experience in the field as a technician and now a BCBA.  She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas.  She applied her foundational ABA knowledge to the classroom, where she taught Special Ed for ten years.  She completed her Master’s Degree in Education Administration from Lamar University but changed paths to stay with the field of Behavior Analysis.  She completed her ABA coursework through the Florida Institute of Technology and became a BCBA in 2013.

During her time as a BCBA for Aprendamos Krista has provided support to start telehealth services, develop the new hire training program, establish Aprendamos as a CEU provider, and start our apprenticeship opportunities for those who wish to grow in the field.

In her free time, Krista enjoys spending time with her family, playing games, swimming, cheering on the EP Locomotive FC, and traveling.
