What is Mindfulness? Accoding to the dictionary, Mindfulness is "a mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique."
Mindfulness is a trending business topic. In a report by the Mindful Business Program from the Nalanda Institute of Contemplative Science "35% of US companies—including industry leaders like Google, Goldman Sachs, and General Mills—offer structured programs of mindfulness to reduce stress and improve performance."
Mindfulness can be used to creat better working places, more productive employees, higher employee satisfaction and less employee stress.
